750GB C6 2.5" Portable HD USB 3.0?
when you backup, and using w10, you must click the USB icon on the task bar , before shutting off PC, or you will lose data.
taskbar right lick usb tiny ION, pick eject Udisk.
if you do that you will never lose data on the external HDD you have. (ive done this 10,000 times now , no loss)
this act purges the data buffers, to the EXT hDd.(cache)
reading your manual now.,page 11 states
Microsoft Windows® Vista® (any editions)
• Microsoft Windows® XP (any editions)
• Mac OSX 10.5 Leopard running on an Intel processor
