If you have CentreWare IS you can do the following (taken from the manual):
You can find the manual link here: http://www.office.xerox.com/userdoc/P6250/6250_Web/pdfs/reference_guide.pdf

On page 97 of the manual it states:

Using Printer Management Features

Job Accounting

The printer stores information about print jobs in a log file. The log file is stored either in the
printer’s memory or on an optional hard disk if one is installed in the printer. If the log file is
stored in the printer’s memory, it is lost when the printer is reset. It is recommended that a hard
disk be used for job accounting.

The log file lists job records. Each record contains fields such as user name, job name, pages
printed, job times, and toner and ink used. Not all fields are supported by all printers. For
information go to CentreWare IS online help or CentreWare Web online help.

The job accounting values reported vary depending on the protocol and print command used
when each job was printed. For example, using NPRINT over NetWare provides the printer
with the most information about the job being printed. When using Windows and NetWare, the
job name is often LST: or LST:BANNER. Other jobs from other ports may provide less
information about the job.

Job accounting is available through CentreWare IS and CentreWare Web.
Using CentreWare IS

1. Launch your web browser.
2. Enter your printer's IP address in the browser’s Address field (http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx).
3. On the right side of the main CentreWare IS page, click Jobs.

The “Job Accounting Links” page provides links that enable you to browse, download, and
clear job accounting records.

For complete information on CentreWare IS job accounting, including clearing job
information, downloading job information to a file, and job accounting file formats, go to
CentreWare IS Online Help.

Hope this helps!

Hopefully you waited 30 min to an hour before moving it .if not you may have sloshed the ink within the unit witch will require a through cleaning these are great units but they can only be moved when ink wells have cooled off. To be safe at leased an hour. It's real hard to move them without sloshing because they are very heavy a must to cool. Good luck.

Are the tabs in those D shaped rollers broke?
They will snap off into the shaft, but still be on the shaft. Not uncommon.
reach in and hold the steel shaft with one hand and see of those rollers spin freely. If so the plastic pins inside the roller have broken. It is not uncommon on that machine. Pop one off and see if there is a plastic pin inside the roller.

Are you getting an error message on the display as a result of the jam? What does this error say, exactly?

Xerox Phaser... | Answered on Sep 22, 2011

That problem is the registration clutch.
You have to order the registration assembly to get the clutch. It is located on assembly with the black and stainless steel roller, you have to pop out the imaging unit to see it.
But that WILL fix your problem. They changed the style of clutch also. It is more reliable now.

If you keep getting "install or reset Imaging unit" you have to make sure of two things. First, you have to make sure that you have a working Imaging Unit and it is installed properly. The imaging unit should be clean and out of any debris when you install it. If you take it out, you should keep it in a dark place.
If you are sure that you have a working Imaging Unit, then it is most probable that your Printer does not recognize your Imaging Unit and it is being caused by what they call the "V" rack being out of adjustment.
To fix this, you have to remove the toners take the top cover off and remove the left cover. then remove the imaging unit and put it in a dark place. on the left side you will see a white round gear with little clips in the center, pull the clips back and back the gear off a little bit then slide the white plastic piece on top of the gear all the way to the front of the printer and be careful there is another white plastic piece behind the wheel that can fall off. once you have it slid to the front push the white gear back on and then you should be good to go.
This repair is easy to do if you are not afraid to take your printer apart. if you are please just call your local service center for a technician to come and do it for you.
Hope this works for you.

I use to have the same problem, but downloaded a fuser patch at the Xerox site:

if that link doesn't work, go to the Xerox site and look in the area:
