Check output via headhones - if that works try connecting outputs to amplifier i if that works.
Hold down highest sounding key whilst turning on, this initiates a factory reset. If still no sound open up check speakers are connected, if still no sound then suspect the amplifier has failed.

Look for any drag of the key to the case or adjacent keys. Beyond that, the silicone rubber contact dome probably is damaged and needs replacing. Unit has to be opened and serviced. Parts are pprobably available from YamahaAmerica in CA.

Go to Yamaha America by phone in California: (888)-892-6242 ask for "parts" Have your model number and serial number ready and which keys are bad. I assume you are talking the keys are showing mechanical damage, as an electrical problem like contacts requires different parts to repair.

The fact that ALL keys except G's and D flats are not working, points to a possible matrix or multiplexing problem.
As shown in the simplified schematic, if any traces (PCB tracks) from the mutiplexer / controller IC are broken, eg if the board has a crack, this could disable all identical notes for all octaves.
Otherwise the controller itself may have a fault.

(Some non-related info):
In reality, the synth's matrix is a bit more complicated than the basic sketch shown for explanation.
Diodes are included per key to prevent 'phantom note playing' and to isolate keys.
Velocity-sensing uses two set of contacts to sense timing from A to B contacts when key is struck.

Most Clavinovas can be removed from the stand by simply looking underneath and locating the fixing bolts. Yours will need lo be laid down onto the back edge, locate the bolts at the top of each leg, unlug any cabling for sustain, mains before laying down.

Hi
The normal reset is to hold down the highest note ( furtherst white key to the right ) at the same time as turning the instrument on. This will initiate a factory reset.
