Had same problem with sonic's driver sn9c202, os x would not recognize. Downloaded ecamm's demo program, iUSBCam, quit out of everything, signed back into iChat, & then webcam worked. Since demo program only thing that would make my cam work, had to buy it for just under 10 bucks. Then had to buy their iGlasses, and that helped with some video/darkness issues I was having...

There may be no driver required for vista for the USB access to the camera.

However one of the manuals indicate Roxio may provide updates for photosuite. No assurances there are that either link to provided software is applicable to your version however generally updaters will not update the incorrect software. There is also no notation that these are or are not Vista Compatible.

This Update is PhotoSuite Version Specific, you will need to find the version of PhotoSuite installed on your system before selecting the update.
To find the version of PhotoSuite that you have installed first open PhotoSuite and then Go To "Help" and then to "About Roxio PhotoSuite", once the About box opens you will find the version at the bottom center.
If you have version 5.1.2529.0 or higher this update is not needed.

look for a tiny pinhole and insert a pin while powered up to reset the device or because of environment, your device may have been designed with a switch combination to force a reset. start trying different switch hold-downs while powering up

You never told us what model number or telescope TYPE you own. Is this a refractor or a reflector. ???

If a REFRACTOR usually you have a diagonal, the diagonal goes into the focuser and then the eyepiece goes into the diagonal.

On a REFLECTOR the eyepiece goes directly into the focuser.

Take it to your local camera shop. They may know someone that does repairs. I would force Bushnell to do under warranty by forging an invoice.

Here is the manual. It mentions the battery 4 times but not the type. It would be the one that fits the space in the holder. Likely a CR2032 coin battery or LR43, SR77 watch battery.
