sounds like a burnt motherboard to me. Replace with similar MB that has same socket for processor and same slots for RAM. A decent MB will run you about $40-70 as long as it isn't a gaming system or something.

You probably need toinstall the drivers for the network card.
Go to the Medion site with another computer and under support search your pc and download the drivers.

Which operating system ????.....
Restart your computer repeatedly tapping the f8 key to enter safe mode while the screen is black once in safe mode where the only things working will be your keyboard and mouse allowing you to attempt to repair your computer
Windows Advanced Options Menu
Please select an option:
Safe Mode
Safe Mode with Networking
Safe Mode with Command Prompt
Enable Boot Logging
Enable VGA mode
Last Known Good Configuration (your most recent settings that worked)
Directory Services Restore Mode (Windows domain controllers only)
Debugging Mode
Start Windows Normally
Reboot
Return to OS Choices Menu
Use the up and down arrow keys to move the highlight to your choice
select safe mode with command prompt
Click start run type cmd press Enter
black screen should open DOS mode
this will vary depending on your operating system
type in net user username
For eg. If you want to change administrator password , type net user Administrator
It will prompt you to enter the new password.
Enter the new password and the password is changed

Select safe mode with networking to download
you could download all of these or just one save them to a usb drive for later use if one fails to remove the password

boot up in safe mode and control panel add remove programs and un-install ie8 it will revert to the previous you had then reboot your computer to the regular state and run a defrag hope this helps

If you are getting long and short beeps it is possible that the graphic card on your system is not proper.

Either the graphic card is gone bad or it is not seated properly

Try to open the computer tower, disconnect the Graphic card and then see if it still beeps. If it does not beep after removing the graphic card try to reinstall the card and see if it is beeping. If the computer beeps even after reseating the graphic card then you will have to replace the graphic card.

hi,
that might not be the right key, on the computer somewhere should be a reflective sticker with a windows emblem on it. looking closer on that sticker is the correct key.

Some computers requires removing those +/- screws to take out the panel or pull some kind of latch(like mine.) at the back. My computer is 5 years old. Look around te back near the sides for a few screws... if yours is screw, If latch, it should be near the middle edge at the back mostly black shaped like a L

i have a jetta 2000 ... 2.0 am facing problems with my speedometer which is suddenly indicating 240 km then going back to normal speed, once i press hard on the gas when ever the indicator reach max speed while am driving at 100 km hour the engine stops . also lately the engine would start for 30 sec and turns off, i by passed the car to a scanner it show i got a problem with the speed sensor, also sometimes while driving in up the hills the transmission starts getting weird , as if the gear box is sliding a big, then when turned off and on agian everything goes back to normal
