i wasnt in on this from the begging but have you changed the safty valve on the burners and what code is er-5 havnt had no experence with vulcan but the regulater dont run the gas the safty valve does and have you checked the probe in the oven at 70 degrees it should be 1200 ohms

Like an electronic igniter for a gas grill? I believe you can pick up a replacement. Call Lowes or Homedepot. I know i have saw individual igniter's before my friends bought some for my friend and I when we were little to make potato cannons.

My first thought is a power supply issue. Have you checked the breakers? Were these ovens working and now they are not? Bad temp probe, or high limit switch maybe.

I should think it wise to measure the old one and find a replacement the same size.

I would check pilot is clean and strong , check thermocouple is in good condition not brunt out check flame sensor is clean and all connections are tight .

if it is a buzzing noise it is usually not big deal. If it is truly a chatter, I suggest replacing as the electric coil is going bad.
