Good Day, ant197904;
Sounds like you need service, try a video input, how does the DVD look, for your TV or Signal Provider. Good Luck, big IRISH.
Blue convergance off
Good Day, workdoggy200;
More than likely the TV has poor solder connections on the Convergence IC's, and by moving the TV these connections became worse. The original "poor connections" develope from the heating up and down of the Circuit. The IC's may have damaged and would have to replaced. Call an Authorized Service Center to come out and give a written estimate b4 repairing. Good Luck, big IRISH.
Picture burnt in on left side
Good Day, azues;
If the CRT's are "burnt" then there no solution but to replace the 'tubes'. The cost would be very high if all three CRT's are "BURNT". You can determine yourself if you remove the screen and look into each 'tube'. Good Luck, big IRISH.
Ic,s
I can't answer this without knowing the original context of the problem. Could you request the same info as a followup comment to the original question? That will insure that I provide you with the correct information.

Philips 60PP935217 - Red Converge
I had the same problem, had it professionally repaired. looked intense if you don't know what your doing. Be cautious. Try craigslist. I dont know where you live but I got a repair for $250. I know what he did though, msg me if you are planning on doing it yourself. I need a service manual bad. My colors are off, but not the same as yours. The STK392-120 are for your tv. I had them replaced and the picture was good, word of advice "dont touch the knobs hanging inside the unit that say RGB and Focus" LOL. :( I did, now I have green hair and blue grass. Good luck! the IC's are located in left rear part, you have to take out the whole curcuit board that has them on it. Just unplug all of the wires and unscrew the board from the base, makes much easier to work on.
60PP9352 60 in. Rear - Blue convergence issue
Replacing only the ICs MAY solve the problem, however, many people have also had blown resistors requiring replacement. Also the convergence board should be checked for cracked solder. If you replace the ICs and the resistors are shot, the ICs may blow again almost immediately, meaning you may have to do the repair twice.
You do not have to replace any transistors to fix this convergence failure.
PHILIPS 43P8341 CONVERGENCE OF GREEN AND RED
Look for the STK ICs mounted on 2 big heatsinks.
I would suggest to replace both of them once you have the TV taken apart.
I think the part markings are STK392-040.
Let me know if you need further assistance.

seems there are some faulty or failed components in your set.
The mainboard or the powerboard might need to be replaced or some convergence ic chips / capasitors / resistors.
Unless you are willing todo that, I think the best solution is to take it in for service. Maybe another expert will have more exact knowledge on this problem?
No picture, no sound, just chirping noise coming from back
NO - - signal did nothing to the set... Sounds like a shorted HOT (horizontal output transistor) and the feedback your hearing (chirp) is on the horz. transformer as it tries repeatedly to startup... Don't allow it to do that for too long...

It's likely the Ssb is out, Philips p/n# 319801634710 which on a difficult scale of 1-10 is about a 6 or 7 for repairs. That is a DPTV310 chassis and somewhat tight quarters inside. It's not so bad taking the strappings loose to get at the board but a tight area to work through getting the standup board unplugged from the signal board. One noteable caution: unplug the set for at least 10 minutes before opening the back VERY STATIC SENSITIVE..

check your speakers, your cables going to speakers and try to use a headset, if you hear sounds in your headset the problem is your speaker .
