I have red, blue and green cables when I hook them up to the back to the Sanjo TV I can't get the Audio to work. She has basic cable with no cable box just a converter box that give her reception. Should I put the blue and red cable on Pr and Pb and take the green cable and put it into the video out?

I too have the same problem but have misplaced the original converter. If you have one, try using that for volume. Even the volume button on TV will not work. Looks like your cable connection is ok. Anything else connected to this tv like PVR, ?

If you still have the Sanyo remote, you just need to press the INPUT button on the remote. The channel search and some other functions are disabled when the TV is in video/AV/game mode.

If you don't have the Sanyo remote, but you have a Universal remote which you use with the TV, look for a button labelled INPUT or SOURCE on this remote and try pressing it.

If you don't have any remote for this TV or you are using a universal remote which does not have an INPUT or SOURCE button, please reply to me from within this page for further assistance and let me know the brand and model number of any universal remote you are using. There is no option in the menu for doing this, but there a couple of methods which work on some TVs

Yes it will help. Also try moving the antenna you are using to other parts of the house. I.E. near a window, that sort of thing.

I would buy a universal remote control for your tv as some won't operate without the remote control features on it.

hi, have someone watch the tv while you wiggle that connector around in the back while its hooked up to the vcr or cable is plugged in and channel on 3 or 4 see if you get any luck, use a little pressure to move the connector. This is a common problem. It will probably need to have the connector resoldered to the board.
