It has been my experience that if an alarm panel behaves differently after a storm or power outage I would power system down wait 1 min power back up. If that does not help. Then I would try to default the panel and reprogram it, if the customer was desperate to keep it. As this is only occurring in the left corner, I'd try to determine exactly where the water is coming from (that's causing the damage). I suppose it could be condensation if the unit is over ten years old, but it also possible that a connection slightly loose or worn.

If the Soliom camera does not work properly To Illustrate, as the lights are not on in dark at nights, it is likely a cable problem, and it will cause no video and no image recording at night. You can use another cable to connect the camera to see if the problem is solved.
