Usually on newer westinghouse tv's the only audio output on the tv is the headphone jack so you will need to buy a 3.5 mm stereo to rca converter and use that instead of the rca cables provided with the sound bar.

If your remote is not allowing you to navigate through the menus, you may need to replace the batteries.

If this does not work, in the meantime you should be able to navigate the menus using the menu button on the TV. The Closed Captioning option should display under Channel Settings.

HI, try a new wall outlet in the home or business. if the wall outlets are live, try replacing the power cord. if this doesn't yield results, replace the internal power unit(inverter board)

Check the sound system settings to your Westinghouse TV.

With the remote and enter the setup or main menu and select catv or cable and not air/antenna.

Check for cold soder joint in the 24vdc power supply section, especially on C310.

Try to play dvd if the lines comes out you have cable box connection problem, if still there you have problem in t-con board (inside of TV).Just replace it to fix the problem.

Hi heres a quick solution.
Turn the tv OFF.
Even if it wont turn on swith that button anyway.
Unplug from the wall for 2 mins then plug back in again

Check whether timer function is set.
