Refuses to work
you are going to have to try a new universal remote because that one is not capable of programming to your tv. not all universals will work. trial and error. your best option sense you need to purchase a new remote is to go to
www.replacementremotes.com and search my your TV model number and purchase the original equipment manufactured remote for your tv. Good news you wont have to program it either. and it will work your menu functions.
