Go to HP App catalogue -> Account & Settings and you will be able to remove your saved credit card information from in there. Let me know if this helps or not!

You can try a factory reset, try holding the power button and the volume down key on the side of the tablet then use the up and down voulum keys to select factory reset and push the power button. That should bring up a screen that says are you sure? Use the volume keys to select yes and it should reset. If this doesnt work, you have to get ahold of hp customer service.

It’s not a answer, but it’s step 1. Have you pinned down the power button for 20 sec plus? This, on most devices, forces a reboot.
