Is the Pandigital SCN02 Photolink One-Touch Scanner compatible with Windows 8?

Are you using it currentrly? What is your current Operating System? I've been searching and can't see anywhate a windows 8 driver for this scanner. Bu let me tell you, I'm using currently a Genius ColorPage, originally released for windows 98. Installed windows 2000 driver in compatibility mode for findows XP. There is no driver for Windows XP nor for Windows 7 and coldn't make it work in Windows 7. So I run it on a computer with dual bootWindows XP / Windows 7. When I need to scan, I simply start up as windows XP. When finished scanning, reboot to windows 7 I Have Windows 7 on a 2 Tb HD SATA and Windows XP on 200 Mb IDE. Is more economical to have a dual boot then buy a new Scanner. If your scanner won't run on windows 8, install on another HD or a partiton, Windows 7. doual boot Windows 7 / 8 work like a dream. Just purchased pandigital scanner microSD does not fit into card reader

Just to be safe, verify that there's not any sort of obstruction in the slot. Some makers place a "dummy" card in the slot to keep it clean for shipping. Looking at the top of your scanning unit, the mSD card should go in gold contacts facing up & towards the unit with the cut corner to the right (facing the head of the scanner). If it doesn't go with slight pressure, return to the seller. HTH

I plugged the scanner into my computer and I can't see any of the pictures I scanned

It should be saved in the default folder for that device, usually in user / my docs/ pictures. If you don't know where it is look for it in the scanner settings where the default folder for scanned images is.
