If the compressor is running and tripping the breaker, the compressor is likely overheating. This could be caused by a lack of airflow over the compressor and/or an issue with the compressor itself. You will want to check to ensure adequate airflow around the compressor and that any obstructions do not block it.

it moves the oil around into lines that clog / restrict freon thru lines and oil starve compressor --can break lines and components etc usually wait a few hrs before plugging in the unit after transporting so oil can gravitate down towards compressor
