Any screen errors? When you open the image whats up?

If the powerwash button is not appearing it may be because you need to update the operating system. Please connect it to the internet and let it check for updates. If this doesn't work then go ahead and reset all Browser settings. this should cause the powerwassh button to appear.

When looking for a printer, make sure it is compatible with the operating system your PC has. Other thing to check is the availability of a USB port on the PC (and that the printer can be connected with USB). If you are thinking of connecting the printer over a network, you will need a printer with a Ethernet port or WiFi if using WiFi.

If no message comes up it is a really serious problem, probably might be your motherboard. If you have a Windows installlation disk, try to boot it up with it - don't install windows, just to test if it boots, though I'm quite pessmistic about it doing anything. If falis, simply take it to a repair shop and cross your finger that they can repaird it
