Perhaps you are trying force the sandisk into the usb port backwards? Do a proper alignment and slid it into the USB port, make certain the small plastic portion within the cruzer is aligned with open slot on the pc USB port. There is no way for this NOT to work?

Hi Ron, I guess you got the wrong advice. You will have to go to the vodacom store and ask for a usb modem which can be plugged in to your USB port of the laptop or a portable wifi modem. I did check vodacom website and found 3 devices suited for you.
