Hola a todos, el grabador tiene los controles en dos circulos debajo de la pantalla, en el de la izquierda, con el grabador ENCENDIDO, debes oprimir unos segundos el boton rojo del centro que dice ERASE, y aparecera la leyenda DELETE ALL titilando 3 veces, y luego dice FORMAT, tambien titilando. En este momento oprimimos nuevamente el boton ERASE y el grabador comienza a formatearse, en la pantalla aparece el mensaje WAIT, por lo que esperamos a que termine el proceso, y LISTO!!!, cuando lo vuelvas a conectar a la PC te reconocera las 4 carpetas. Tambien yo lo formatee con la PC y estuve varios dias con este problema. Pasa que luego de un tiempo de uso, y aunque vayas borrando las grabaciones que hagas, la memoria se ocupa totalmente y te pide el formateo. Espero que te haya servido. Saludos desde Buenos Aires
