Error code 0019
The error code E0019 means the waste toner bottle is full. To rest it you need to empty out the waste toner, it is easy to do.... On the left side of the copier toward the rear of the copier., there is one screw that holds on a panel. Turn the copier OFF first, remove the screw and the panel > the waste toner bottle slides out. VERY carefully pour the waste toner into a plastic garbage bag. You will see on the neck of the bottle two round spots.... Make sure you clean the inside & out side of the bottles neck. Reinstall the bottle and turn the power back ON and the code should rest.... Good Luck

Canon 2220i imagerunner how do you empty the waste
Hello autumn,
Lets start with a reference, which will be standing in front of the copier. Ok,using this reference the waste toner bottle is located on the left side of the copier at the the lowest point of the left side almost at the back of the copier. If you have a stapler/finsher you will need to un-dock it from the copier and slide it away as far as possible, It need not be removed. Now you will have located a cover with one screw. Remove the screw and remove the cover. You now see the bottle. It has a handle so slide it out being careful not to spill it. You can of course pour the waste toner into a strong plastic bag, taking whatever cautions you see fit as you have one hell of a potential mess if not handled carefully.Once the bottle is empty, please notice the neck of the bottle. The way the copier "knows" the bottle is full is by sending a beem of infrared light thru the neck of the bottle. When the waste toner fills the bottle to the neck and blocks the beam of light the copier knows the bottle is full. My point is make sure you clean the neck of the waste toner bottle (if you look closely you will see the "windows" the light travels thru) by using a Q Tip or tissue. If the "windows" are clouded the copier will think the bottle is still full even though the bottle is empty. Does that make sense? In other words you could put a brand new waste toner bottle in the copier with black tape around the neck of the bottle and the copier would say the bottle is full.So now that its empty, and the neck is clean, replace the bottle and the cover.Turn off the "main power switch" located on the right side towards the rear of the copier.Wait a sec, turn it back on and you should be in good shape.Take care and let "FIXYA " know if I helped please. SPINAL

How do i fix my Canon imageRunner 2220i Error Code
The error code E-007 is a fixing film sensor fault, check for paper wrapped around the fixing film, foreign material blocking the film sensor, damage to the fixing film, fixing film sensor failure, or DC controller PCB failure.
you might be able to try and reset the code in service mode by hitting
the additional functions button 2&8 at the same time then the addit funct button again.. you might have to keep trying to reset the machine on and off till you are able to get in
once in service mode you hit the copier tab
then you goto the functions tab its in the middle of the screen across the top
then you will click on clear button
then the very first item on the next menu should be ERR
high light that and then click the ok button on the bottom of the screen a couple times then turn the copier on and off. hopefully the copier will come back up if it doen't then there is a problem with the fixing film and it will have to be checked out

How to change the port number of canon imagerunner
On the control panel select additional functions- system settings- network settings, then scroll down for e-mail settings. The port can be changed there. You can also type the IP address of the copier in internet explorer, and change it though that interface.

Scanner canon dr6030 cants pull the paper
Troubleshoot this issue step by step:
Check the Feed Selection Lever:
Ensure that the Feed Selection Lever (located on the lower left side of the front of the scanner) is in the correct position (up) for separation.
Straighten the edges of the stack of documents to be scanned.
Set the document guides so they are wider than the document to be scanned.
Place the documents face up into the feed tray, ensuring they touch the document stoppers.
Clear Any Jammed Paper:
Be careful when removing jammed paper to avoid cuts.
Remove any documents that have been left in the eject tray.
Close the document eject tray.
If the document ejection is stopped partway, perform this operation with the document eject tray extension open.
Hold the upper unit as shown in the diagram and open it to the point where you can remove the jammed document. The pickup roller is located in the middle of the upper unit. Do not hold the protrusion on the upper unit when opening it, as it may deform the pickup roller or cause a feeding error.
Close the feeder cover.
If the jam occurred in the feed section, pull the document out carefully without applying too much force. Be sure to remove any torn parts remaining in the scanner.
Close the upper unit slowly, ensuring it clicks into place. Do not force it to close, as this may damage the scanner.
After removing the jammed paper, check if the last page was scanned, and then continue scanning.
Rapid Recover System:
If a paper jam occurs when the "Rapid Recover System" is enabled in the ISIS/TWAIN driver settings, the image of the document is not saved, and scanning stops. You can continue scanning from the document that caused the paper jam after fixing the issue.
Additional Considerations:
Make sure the pickup rollers retract when the machine is powered on.
Check that the stopper plates are in the down position.
Verify that the upper unit is completely closed after clearing the jam.
Remember to handle the scanner components carefully to avoid damage. If the issue persists, consider seeking professional assistance or contacting Canon support for further guidance
I have a problem with my canon printer g3411. It has an error P03 but no paper jam. How do I solve my problem
Error P03 on a Canon printer typically indicates a paper jam, even if you cannot physically see any jammed paper. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Carefully check the paper tray and inside the printer for any jammed paper or debris.
- Remove any jammed paper or debris you find.
- Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
- Attempt to print again.
If you don't see any paper jammed in the printer, there are a few other things you can try to resolve the error P03:
- Try resetting the printer. To do this, turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for a few minutes before plugging it back in and turning it on.
- Check the ink cartridges and make sure they are properly seated and have enough ink.
- Clean the printer's rollers. Rollers are the small rubber wheels inside the printer that move the paper through the printer. Over time, dust, debris, or ink can build up on the rollers and cause paper jams. Cleaning the rollers can help resolve the issue.
- Try to update the firmware of the printer. Sometimes, a firmware update can resolve the issue.
- Check the printer's settings, ensure that the size of paper loaded match the size of paper set in the settings.
If the problem persists after trying these steps, you may want to contact Canon support for further assistance.
How to slove error e732-001 of canon ir 3225
The E732-001 error on a Canon iR 3225 indicates an issue with the fixing assembly temperature. Here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve this error:
Reset the Condition:
Enter service mode by pressing the following sequence on the control panel: COPIER > FUNCTION > CLEAR > ERR.
This will reset the error condition. If the message disappears, your printer is ready to use. If this doesn't work, there may be a hardware problem as addressed below.
Replace the Main Thermistor:
The main thermistor is responsible for temperature sensing. If it's faulty, it can trigger the E732-001 error.
Consider replacing the main thermistor to resolve the issue.
Check the DC Controller PCB:
If the problem persists, inspect the DC controller PCB for any defects or malfunctions.
Replacing the DC controller PCB may be necessary.
Remember to turn off the printer before performing any maintenance tasks. If the error persists or if you need further assistance, I recommend contacting your local authorized Canon dealer or the Canon Customer Support Center for professional service
