When I download I can't open file.How can I fix this?
depends on the nature of the file.
you need supporting software for it. for example if it is a word document then you need office suite for it.. if it is an mp3 file then you need vlc or a supporting player.
check for installed software..
if that does not help .. then call 1-877-805-1027 for experts

How do I fix my Proscan 1066 tablet? The exchange server hae stopped working.
Not sure what you are trying to solve. Do you have a problem with the tablet, or does the tablet state that the "Exchange Server has stopped working"?
If it is a tablet problem, then please provide as much detail about the problem you are having.
If it is an Exchange Server problem, this is on the other end of your connection (i.e. wi-fi connection), and is a problem with the provider equipment or software. You would need to contact the provider and tell them the problem you are having.
This is about all we can do for you at this time.

Why won't my new Proscan tablet charge properly?
The battery can't hold the charge. Defective.
Or the charger is defective and not outputting enough voltage.
This can be tested with a voltage tester. The charger should be outputting 5 volts.
A good purchase is an inexpensive voltage tester. Can be used for so many things.

You can try this if you can get it to come up. Wipe and reformat the tablet.
Make sure tablet is fully charged.
Hold the volume up button and the power on button down at the same time.
You might have to press the power button repeatedly while holding the volume up button down.
A menu will come up. Selections of the menu are available by pressing the power button up or down. Select wipe and format.
It will go through the format process and then select reboot.
Hold the volume down button and power button at the same time. That will get you to the starmenu and the WiFi connection. Follow the screen instructions. If that doesn't work your only option is to return it or send it to Curtis for repairs. Don't buy another one. This is my second unit. Very unstable operating system. Mine keeps going off and I have to reboot frequently. Hope you are still under warranty.

My tablet keeps rebooting itself and asks me for my info. WHY?
It might be installing updates. If it continues to reboot, do a hard reset, or a factory reset. You'll have to type your information in again, but it should stick after a reset. Also, make sure that you are saving your Wi-Fi network information (Such as setting it to automatically connect).
