It wont start says checking systems door locked then unlocks and wont start

There is a technicians service guide in that machine. You have to take the kick panel off that is under the door. Look for an envelope. You can use the information on that to run tests.

General Electric portable washing machine.

Question edited for clarity. Better known as 'space saving' washing machines, they are a compromise at best. Try presoaking the clothes overnight. Do longer programs. Try changing detergents. Wash twice.

Why does my new belt on my General Electric Washer GTWN4250M1WS keep coming off

Streched belt or badly adjusted. There is not idler pulley and spring, so adjustment must be from the motor. Zooming in, the drive pully is smooth and has no channel and wall to keep the belt in place. The pulley must be slightly crowned in the middle which centres the belt, but if it is the lightest bit loose, it will derail. Almost designed to fail!. That is a really bad design.https://www.geapplianceparts.com/store/parts/ModelSectionParts/GTWN4250M1WS/4/0/0/0/SUSPENSION,_PUMP_&_DRIVE_COMPONENTS..

General electric Washer gtup270em0ww

Pumping out or leaking out? There are various rubber connectors underneath and they can perish and leak. There is a trick. slide a piece of paper under it. Switch on and after a minute, pull the paper out. It will give you a rough idea where the leak is, front, back, left or right. Then pull the machine out, and tilt it safely against the wall, get someone to hold it and look with a flashlight for the area where the wet patch on the paper was. I have a GE Adoration WHDRE526E1WW top load

It really sounds like the belt. You say it's in good shape but if it's loose or shiny from not having proper tension it wont have enough friction between the belt and pulley to actually work. If you've ever tried to move the drum when its full of clothes and water you know how much force id needed to function. Double check that belt tension and working surface.

G.E. dryer DHDVH52EFOWW shutting off in middle of

If you try to start it as soon as it shuts off does it hum or buzz & won't start if it does you may have the motor getting hot & shutting off then when it cools down it will start again. This is a pretty common problem. If this is the case you may have to replace motor. Also check all the vents the one going outside should blow out pretty good if not clean it out . Take the vent off the back of the dryer and see how much air is coming out be sure fan is working . May have to clean lint out around fan it can block the fan. Hope this helps Have fun

Hello: You need to grab the agitator from the bottom( fingers under agitator in the tub) then kind of alternate puling up with your right and left hands.. There is no screw holding your agitator in place..it may seem like it doesn't want to let go at first but it will eventually.. Good luck
