You need to reflash the firmware on it. I had the same problem. The difficult is identifying what pad you actually have. Turns out i had a Zenithink and luckily they have a US website with a step by step guide on how to reflash the firmware which includes a video. I think there is a language problem here. Can you provide a clearer description of the problem you are having with the tablet? Is it not turning on? Is it not displaying the start screen? Did you try resetting the tablet?

Try holding the power button on and the volume down when the android flashes from off to on release the power button.

What model of tablet do you have? The when the initial screen is all you see more than likely your tablet/phone is bricked. If this is the case don't worry it can be fixed easily. solution vary from tablet to tablet, to find the proper solution go to Androidcentral.com, go to the forum, find the maker, model of your device then search how to un-brick your device in that section of the forum. Hopefully you will have no problem, I have had SEVRAL tablets and phones all of which I have bricked If I knew the make and model I could possibly help more.

This means that your epad's inside screen is damaged and this means that your epad is completely gone. You will have to purchase another one. I had the same problem and i had the choice of another epad or an ipod touch, i chose the ipod touch because it has almost the same features as the epad or even better features. I suggest that you order the epad from a chinese retailer.

You will need to replace the screen, it has whats called a "digitizer"(it is what take the input from you finger and selects the corresponding selection on the screen), I would presume this is damaged.
