I'd report this to the Satellite provider. It would seem that the shortcoming lies with them, not you or your TV.

You can buy Zcards for real money by doing so on the Zwinky site or buying one from a store that carries them. The Zcards would be in the prepaid online currency section at Target, Walmart, etc.
You can also earn Zcard by doing surveys and offers. Look for those links on the Zwinky site. There is no way to get free Zcards other than doing offers.
There are no real Zcard cheats and anyone who tells you they can give you free Zcards is probably trying to hack you. Other people may try to get free Zcards by tricking people, but that isn't very nice, is it? Hope this helped :)

some shops like super markets and TV sales places sell remote controls that can be tuned into certain TV's and stuff ide try them

You should have its remote control to select the inputs. If you wish to buy its original remote control, contact the authorized service centre, or authorized dealer to your device brand. They can either give you a genuine remote control to your device, or can direct you, from where can you purchase a suitable one.
To select a proper universal remote control, you should know about the number of digits to its set-up codes. There are 3 digit, 4 digit, 5 digit, 2 digit and even single digit codes, to some brand devices. After confirming this, check the sites linked here. Both the sites have set-up code list and set-up procedure to many popular brand remote controls. Check which brand remote control has set-up code/s to your device brand, and buy that one according to availability? Brand name of the remote control isn't a matter, but it should have set-up codes in its code list, to the device brand you have.
Please note: Every new universal remote control will have set-up code list, and set-up procedure along with its pack. Never accept a remote control, that hasn't both of this. For more details about the set-up codes, visit the site http://electrohelponline.blogspot.com/ Check this site too. http://remotesearch.blogspot.com/ If you see these sites by "MOSAIC" or "Magazine" view will make surf easier. Or type in the brand name of your device in the search box, and press "Enter".
Universal remote controls are available at most of the electronic spare part selling shops.

There are no cheats for free Zcards. Believe me, I've looked for them myself. There are programs people make that claim to give you free Zcards, but those are scams. Anyone who offers free Zcards is likely trying to hack you. The only way to safely get free Zcards without paying money is by completing offers through Zwinky's site. Remember to never share your password with anyone, no matter what they tell you or say they'll give you. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is, so better safe than sorry! :)

The smell of something burning is not a good sign. The clicking sound you are hearing could be a relay or breaker kicking in and out as a result of whatever is wrong.

This could be cause by:
1. A problem in the power supply.
2. A problem with the Horizontal Output Stage.
3. The Flyback transformer.

Someone gave me a TV once that had the same problem. I determined that it had a bad flyback transformer. I replaced the transformer and the TV worked about 5 secs before I saw some black smoke come out of the new flyback. I turned it off right away and realized that something else was bad that caused the original flyback to burn up. The same thing was causing the new flyback to go as well. It turned out to be a shorted, 50 cent hi-speed switching diode. Fortunately, because I had turned the set off quickly when the 2nd flyback started to smoke, once I replaced the diode, the TV was fixed.

If you want to get it working again, you'll need to have it serviced.

Good luck,
- Jim

If the transmission reception is OK, and the problem only persists with external video in, the format of recording that feed to the TV from the external video source will have the fault. Try an other disc or tape.
