I try and download the pensoft pro on my computer
Did you install it into Program Files or Program Files (x86)?
The former is for 64 bit software, the latter for 32 bit.
If the problem is with the installer, try running it in compatability mode (right click on the installer, select properties and use the compatability tab.)

Pen won't right click consistently
I found that the pen needs to be completely verticle in order to work properly for the left and right clicking. I did notice that while all my other pen functions work properly, the right click function completely disappeared. I've contacted Adesso, but all they do is send me new pen...#3 is on it's way

Double-Cursor to Obsolete
Is this driver certified for Vista? If it worked partially before and fails completely now, roll back to the previous driver. Compatibility is the key.

Adesso cybertablet 12000 mouse and pen problem
I had the same problem way back with my wacom tablet. Mine was due to mouseware drivers. Soon as I got rid of them it was fine. So if you have mouseware drivers it may be interfering with the wintab drivers

2 mouses on screen with Vista!?
I posted earlier, but found a solution so I thought I would let other users know. Forget the Adesso drivers. Download and install the driver for the Aiptek 12000U Hyperpen tablet. They are the same tablet and apparently Aiptek has figured out the Windows vista issue. You can find the drivers here:

Can't figure out how to
It isn't easy to figure out how to open the bsttery compartment as there are no clues in the manual or on the outside of the mouse. The cover is the entire top side of the mouse behind the buttons, After many false starts, I found that if I get a thumb nail in the crack behind a button near the center and pull (push) straight back, it will pop off. Either side works.
