A fuzz sound is coming across my speakers. How

Try and isolate the problem by disconnecting all components and reconnect them one by one. Fuzz could be comming from one particular component, or could be an internal fault in the bose amp.
Good luck!

Television does not show image

If you get the banner, I'd say you have a working TV. You don't say if you have a VCR or DVD hooked up. If you do see if a movie will play alright. It must be the cable.

THE CBL SAT on my Bose 321 System will not get

Its probably 9 times out of ten what is being outputted is the issue here or the units input could be given out, if all else works but the cable/sat that is where your problem is. You might have a issue with the sat box at this point.

One of the speaker ports does not work

Please check if the cable connecting the speaker port to the speaker is OK. To check this, connect this cable to any other port and see if the speaker is working. If so then the internal connection has to be set right by a technician from the BOSE company as they have the necessary tools to open the Base. Yes, the base has a safety fuse to save the system from spikes.

My Bose 321 series II is not responding to the

Replace the batteries from the remote control. Press and hold the TV button on remote for 5 seconds. If the red light shines bright, your remote is OK since it is showing it's programmable side. If unit still won't go on using the remote, reboot the whole system by unplugging the power cord and other wire from the Subwoofer. Wait one minute, then replug all and see if the system displays BOSE 321 in front when re-connected. If so, try the remote and if that doesn't work, your dead, the Infra red communication device from the unit to the remote is busted inside the unit and needs to be returned to the company like mine!!!!!

Bose 312 Sound Cuts in and out

Most amplifiers design to cut out when there is an overload, such as playing the music too loud. It helps protect the device from being damaged. If the device does it at low volume, and does it sometimes, check the wring to the speaker, something might be shorting it out intermitently.

My 321 system gives a smoke smell and a few sparks

Hi,

I've sold these systems in a store for many months, and my advise so is that you don't plug it in any;ore, but contact a specialist/electronic technician to solve this.
these systems are difficult to repair when something like that occurs.

I hope this is useful, and greets,

Olivier.
