Description

Fuser Error (The number indicates the detailed error code) 0 The fuser did not become to the main motor driving temperature in 50 seconds after printing started. 1 The fuser did not become to the paper pick-up temperature in 50 seconds after printing started. 2 The fuser did not become to the main motor driving temperature in 30 seconds after warming up started. 3 The fuser did not become to the warm-up finishing temperature in 30 seconds after the motor started driving. 4 A temperature of 250°C or higher is detected in a mode other than sleep mode. 5 The fuser does not warm after fuser error is solved and the power is turned OFF/ON. 6 A low temperature of 10°C is detected in 10 seconds after printing started. 7 A temperature of 190°C is detected in ready mode after printing finished.

Remedy

1. Turn on the power again, and verify the fuser warms up. If it does not, see step 4. 2. Check the contact between Fusing thermistor and Connect A PCB(P89). 3. Check the contact between Connect A PCB (P80C) and the main board. 4. Replace the Fuser. 5. After replacing the Fuser, verify the fuser warms up when the power is on. 6. Replace the main control PCB.

Clean the sensors under the transfer belt, the black drum recommended be replaced. Since Black is what all the colors are aligned to. Remove the drum unit and clean all contacts on the rear of the unit and inside the machine where they would contact. you mite also want to replace the drum unit (worse case the HV(High Voltage) and or the Main board are bad), when was the developer and drum changed. Check the charge Corona Assy unit for cyan (Blue) Open front covers Pull out mid section NOT paper section (have to unscrew two screw to open this section one to the left of the unit the other upper left just below the control panel. Should see four devices that look like they could be pulled out with your thumb. one each for each drum pull them out check that the very thin wire below the grid is not broken the re-seat each one check the all might as well. Well the code C-0211 is the bypass tray. Check that there is nothing near the lift section, remove the rear panel of the bypass tray check the connectors. Might have a bad sensor or clutch. As for trays one and two check for paper behind them!!! POWER OFF first and Remove the draw(s). If paper not picking up have tech come out and replace the rollers in each draw and the by pass tray. Well the C0F35 is because there is no toner in the image unit so replace the image unit. just buy a whole new unit. as for the c0070 try this Power off the machine. Then remove the toner bottle, be careful the hole might be on the bottom and the toner is going to go everywhere. Then close the toner cover and turn on the machine. Let the machine go through it normal routine. When it asks for toner install the toner bottle correctly. If THE KNUB on the side of the bottle is damage put a new one in. That KNUB is what the toner motor uses to turn the bottle, if it damaged you get a code. If that does not work, you might have a bad motor or the home sensor or actuator for the toner bottle is bad worse case the control board is bad.
