Why is my Defiant timer not working. Installed timer a year ago. Worked fine. It stopped working. Turned off the Power switch. Now when I turn power on, he screen is blank.

You may just need to "reset" it. A power outage or surge may result in it going into protection mode. With power on take a pencil/pen end and hit the reset button. Good luck!

The defiant timer switch works (I can turn light on off by manually moving timer), but the timer doesn't work (i.e., it does not advance in time). Everything appears connected fine.

Defiant digital timer has blinking light

Installed a Defiant light timer today. Light came on as scheduled, but is blinking. When I attempt to "toggle" OFF, it only dims, does not go OFF. When I move the switch from the ON to the OFF position, the unit turns the light off. Defective timer? HELP !!
