What does ics mean?
ICs are Integrated Circuits. These are the black multipinned parts you see everywhere these days.

Green lamp is out.
The part you are referring to is a CRT. These are not cheap and may no longer be available. There are kits for replacing the fluid, but it is not the type of job I would recommend for an inexperienced person. Also, it is not likely that the CRT is the problem. There are circuits that drive the CRT that could be the problem. At this point, I would recommend you invest in a detailed repair estimate. Using that info, we should be able to guide you through the actual repair.

Pioneer sd-533hd5, STKs changed, getting blue screen but not pict
Did you have double image before changing the stk's ? If not then there was no need to change them.. Pioneers are known for bad solder connections especially in the power supply section.. suggest checking that when you changed the stk's that there are no solder bridges between the pins of either stk ICs

Power problem (switches to standby)
its the problem of the ics on the main power supply board
Do the IC heat sinks get warm??
If they do not, check fuses F852 - 2AMP, F853 - 1.25AMP, F850 & F851 - ALL 5AMP on the power deflection pcb. THESE ARE NOT GLASS FUSES. They are usually about the size of a 1 watt resistor and either green or orange in color. They are soldered in. The nomenclature is printed on the component side of the board. They are all about centered on the opposite edge of the PCB as the high voltage transformer.
If you have cleaned up the mess you describe you most likely have one of these fuses blown.
if dont have any technical knowledge its advisable to call a technician as it is worth getting it fixed.
thanks.

Tv shuts off
remove all the external connections connected to the tv.then un plug the tv wire from the power outlet.then after some time just plug only the tv wire back in the power outlet.do not connect the other devices and check if the tv is working as normal or not.if it does not works then
its the problem in the power supply board of your tv.
check for the fuse on the power supply board.
for any blown capacitors or ics.on the powersupply board.
also check for any loose soldering joints on the power supply board.
calling a tech is much advisable.if do not have proper technical knowledge.
it will not be too costly to get it repaired.
it is worth getting it repaired.as this is a common fault faced by many customers.
thanks.
