first of all you login to your account on face book the go your account & profile setting from there you can edit your picture easily

Try running the program in compatibility mode for an older version of windows such as vista or xp. If it still causes the usb problems it may have to do with outdated usb drivers. Try running the program in safe mode and see if that works. If it will only work in safe mode and your usb drivers cant be changed, then you should just buy a new webcam for install a generic webcam driver for it.

Hi my friend. If a program you wanted to delete still refuse to be terminated, or erased, then approach that program outside of it's territory. First, restart your computer, while your computer start to boot, pressing F8 continuesly , you'll be directed to several options that include to start your computer with command prompt. Select this option by left clicking on it with your mouse. This will appear -- c>
Example:

C:\cd program (press enter)
C:\program> (type dir/w then press enter) this is to find the stupid ( Magic I Program that we wanted to delete ) if you found it, from the C:\ command prompt, type del filename of the said program that needs to be deleted.
Example:
C:\del magic-I visual ( press enter ).

The program that you wanted to be deleted, is successfully terminated.

Try to uninstall one more time. Use disk clean up in Start>accessories>system tools>disk clean up>Select drive>C: click ok for all users. Then restart you computer. Go to C: drive from your computer and look for the program and delete it. Then reinstall the program. If you need more tools download a registry cleaner but what I just explained has to fix it. A good cleaner is ccleaner and it is free from filehippo.com. Remember you can only use the cam for one program at a time when you PC is running.

Do you own the video clip you wish to save? If copied from another source, it is probably copy coded.

Check the format is not as a DVD would be ... very large. Save it as am MP4 and try again.
