Hi

I believe if the belt is fine then it is the thermal fuse that is located inside the rear panel to the exhaust duct that is bad and should be replaced. If you want you can test this fuse for continuity and if it is bad then it should be replaced, as it cannot be reset. If the fuse is fine and the belt is also fine, then it can be due to the motor or the control board that is bad and should be replaced. Hope this helps...please post back for further assistance.

did you check the belt to see if it's broke, the belt raps around the drum and the motor, when the motor turns on and spins the belt spins the drum.

See if you can get into the diagnostic mode. If not, you will need to replace the "user interface" on the machine. Here is a link to the part if you should need it.
ACTIVATING THE DIAGNOSTIC TEST MODE 1. Make sure that the dryer is in the "Standby" mode (plugged in and all of the indicators are off). 2. Press the following control panel keypad sequence all within 5 seconds: More Time-Less Time-More Time- Less Time. 3. All indicators on the console should now be illuminated with "88" showing in the "Estimated Time Remaining" display, if this test mode has been entered successfully.

Hi dear. Here is some help from the user manual.I hope that helps.Thanks. DryingRack
To use the drying rack
Do not remove the lint screen.
1. Open dryer door.
2.
Place drying rack inside dryer drum, positioning the back wire
on the ledge of the inner dryer back panel. Push down on
front edge of drying rack to secure over the lint screen.
3.
Put the wet items on top of the rack. Leave space between
the items so air can reach all the surfaces.
NOTE: Do not allow items to hang over the edge of the rack.
4.
Close the door.
5. Select a timed drying cycle and temperature, or an air cycle
(see following chart). Items containing foam, rubber, or plastic
must be dried on a clothesline or by using the Air Only
temperature setting.
6. You must select a time by pressing MORE TIME or LESS
TIME. Reset time as needed to complete drying. Refer to the
following table.
7. Press (and hold) HOLD TO START button (about 1 second).
NOTE: You must remove rack for normal tumbling. Do not use
automatic cycles with the drying rack.
This chart shows examples of items that can be rack dried and
the suggested cycle, temperature setting and drying time. Actual
