Orion CS-500.5 Car Audio Amplifier Questions & Answers
There is a poping sound coming from the speakers,
That means you have a bad ground or you have a short in one of your speker wires. Try to change wires or you can disconnect one at a time and see if it clears. Try one at a time if it doesnt work on the first pair you disconnect rehook up 1st pair and disconnect second pair. If that doesnt work the problem maybe in the RCA wires so do the same as above with them.

This is a very basic diagram showing the power input, power LED, and the three output channels for the HCCA 275R amplifier. The specific wiring and connections may vary depending on the setup and configuration of the amplifier. It is important to note that working with electronics can be dangerous and any modifications or repairs should be done by a qualified technician. Additionally, it is important to refer to the manufacturer's manual or documentation for accurate and detailed information on the specific amplifier model.
What orion cobalt sub is good for this amp?
You do not have enough listed for specifics but you do need to match your sub with the amp from an ohm standpoint and a wattage standpoint. I am sure your amp can handle down to 4 ohms but may handle 2 ohms. Find that out and then check on the output wattage of the amp. A lot of people have separate amps for the sub itself and run the system off of another amp. Either way is acceptable.
