Try looking on the back of the machine for vertical and or horizontal hold controls (marked V-Hold and H-Hold) and try adjusting them, especially the horizontal hold.

If that doesn't help, then the next troubleshooting step would be if the machine has a video output you could try connecting to a TV/Monitor and see if the graphics appear there.

check the manual. also go to their website for answers. look at the back of the machine and see if it does have a connection to hook it up to speakers. also, if you have a mic see if it has a on/off switch. you could have it in the off position and not on; also, check the machine to see if it has a knob to turn to mic.

The Sining Machine #SMG-301 has a problem with not playing because of the word 'DOOR' coming up on the readout. I've checked the door/Tray to make sure that it was closed and when you open up the tray/door to put or take out another disk the word that comes up on the readout is not DOOR it's OPEAN!
