The game is not over at this point. There are actually a couple more missions you can run and even 1 more after taking revenge. At this point its just an open world to explore and finish everything you haven't so far like side missions/hunting/scavenger/sharpshooter/treasure hunting.

there are different types of discs for the first xbox , the xbox 360 and the new xbox 0ne . you will just have to bye an xbox 360 version of a gta or upgrade the one you have for the first xbox

Is this a Steam game? If so, try deleting the local content and redownloading and reinstalling the game. You don't mention under what circumstances you got this error, so more info please!
