You should be able to get repairs from the provider you received it from or contact the manufacturer and they may be able to replace it (may still be covered under warranty). You can also try to replace the medicine cup and filter, if the tubing is not cleaned properly (1 part vinegar, 2 parts water, air dry after every use) it can become clogged so the medicine won't come through. The filter should be changed every 6 months.
