Red led at SCSI drive# 2 and 5

I think it's not the problem with your SCSI drive.
Long beep might be because of the RAM. Take a look inside and see if everything's alright with RAM. Carefully replace it to another slot if there are empty.
Download and use a program like MemTest to see if RAM is properly working.
If you have another computer which is compatible with your RAM, try it inserting then in to PC and see if everyhting's alright.
If nothing helps, then purchase a new RAM module

Operating System Not found

normally , the OS is on 1 partition and data on another.
if you have this , no issue , re-format the 1st partition and re-install the OS , data will be untouched .
If you have is all on one partition (not advisable, loss of disk space , etc.,) , then boot from bartpe or ultimate boot CD, copy out the data , then re-format everything and re-install.
this should put you back to good stead.
if you have external hd , then copy out data to it, else, copy to network drive (another server etc.,).

Intel d915GLVG mother board vrm is short and fun dose not work

An electrolytic capacitor has failed. If one has failed it indicates that the board has overheated, and many other components are also weak. This Intel board is not of good quality. Replace with SuperMicro or Tyan, and improve the cooling airflow in the case.

Post code 38

"The BIOS can not shadow the ROM into system memory." This is usually caused by the ROM on a card trying to use the same memory space. Remember all of the ROMs have only the memory addresses from C800 to FFFF in the first megabyte available for shadow. This was designed in in the first IBM PC and remains to this day. Remove the other cards, and turn off both system ROM shadow, and video ROM shadow.

PDSMI

If you are good with a soldering iron the capacitors can be replaced. Make sure you can wick the excess solder out of the holes. Replace only with Japanese capacitors, and increase the airflow in the case and around the capacitor. This is usually a sign of overheating.
