I have Max computers, Supermicro server with 4
You need to load the RAID driver for your controller. Go to Adaptec's website and download the 2003 driver for it. You will put the files on a floppy disk and load them at the F6 prompt during Windows Setup (right after it boots from CD). If you don't have a floppy drive/disk, then use nLiteOS.com to integrate the drivers (text-mode) into your installation media.

Supermicro machines
Your server uses a
Super P8SCi Motherboard, and according to the
manual for your server on page 4-2, you can enter the bios of the computer by rapidly pressing the DELETE key when you first power on the server. This will take youto the bios setup screen. At the top, you'll see an option called boot. Use the arrows keys to navigate over to it, and change your first boot device to the CD-ROM Drive. Then SAVE AND EXIT, and it will now boot from any cd before looking to boot from the hard drive.

Intel d915GLVG mother board vrm is short and fun dose not work
An electrolytic capacitor has failed.
If one has failed it indicates that the board has overheated, and many other components are also weak.
This Intel board is not of good quality.
Replace with SuperMicro or Tyan, and improve the cooling airflow in the case.
H8dce no audio
Usual cause.

The first place is always the Debian Linux website, because most Linux packages are derived from Debian.

"The BIOS can not shadow the ROM into system memory."
This is usually caused by the ROM on a card trying to use the same memory space.
Remember all of the ROMs have only the memory addresses from C800 to FFFF in the first megabyte available for shadow.
This was designed in in the first IBM PC and remains to this day.
Remove the other cards, and turn off both system ROM shadow, and video ROM shadow.

If you are good with a soldering iron the capacitors can be replaced.
Make sure you can wick the excess solder out of the holes.
Replace only with Japanese capacitors, and increase the airflow in the case and around the capacitor.
This is usually a sign of overheating.
