A few possibles

1. Spark assestor screen clogged
2. Piston Ring struck
3. Cylinder and piston damage
4. Metering lever set too low.

To check for struck ring or cylinder damage, remove the muffler and look the exhaust port, Note: Your engine is not a 34cc but is in fact a 42cc. If you need a cylinder it is now list as NLA but I can give you the optional version and piston part numbers if needed but they need to install as a set.

you should be able to without issue. The Stalling issue started after lengthening the bar/chain?

Turn your low side adjustment a quarter turn.

start with your screws turned in. adjust the high screw to 1 turn and the low to 1/2 turn. this should get unit running. once running then you can fine tune the carb

Clean carburetor-verify fuel line blockage-clean filters-make sure your gas/oil mix is correct-use fresh gas. They shut down frequently when setting them down-Increase RPM at Idle.

Here's how.

If it is running a standard 3/8 low profile chain then you shoud use a 5/32 round file.

Take the carburetor off and clean it and check and replace any air filters you may have. Can't say that this will fix it ,but it is a starting point for you. Hope it works and good luck.
