How do you change batteries in the Chuck and friends talking dump truck.

Did you buy it new from an authorized reseller?I could not find warranty information on Chuck specifically but Tonka in general has a lifetime warranty. According to amazon.com, it has been discontinued. But all is not lost - Chuck is licensed to the following company who is recommended by Hasbro to contact regarding Chuck products (Chuck not working, etc.). Hi there, it doesn't seem as if there's any manuals or instructions for fixing anything with this toy.
