Hello Keith, From the little information you stated, I can only take a stab at what might be wrong with your machine. I suggest you make sure the take up spring is working freely and properly.

completely un-thread the machine and rethread it in this order. Upper Looper, Lower looper, right needle Left needle. It has to be in that order ALWAYS. If you break a thread... un thread and start the threading process again. If rethreading doesn't work... change the needle that is skipping. Good luck

which blade you change? upper or lower one?
for lower one just make the top surface for blade aqual with throat plat.
for upper lower turn handwheel to make blade at lowest position in that time the upper lower must be lower than lower blade by arround 2.5mm and keep in your main the two blade also must be very close no space between it.

Hi, yes I believe that will work, however you may need to re-adjust several time to get it perfect, my wife ( who's owned a couple industrial machines agrees ) use some scrap material to make adjustments and if possible ( with machine unplugged of course ) turn by hand to make sure it is not too far and could jam. Try turning the upper tension higher, if its set to 4 then try 6 or so. Make sure its threaded correctly as well.

You should make sure it is grounded. Also, is it getting oil from the pan? Blown fuses usually mean there is an overload in the motor. Check that the belt is not too tight.

I am not familiar with this particular machine, but I found references to the thread cutter. Did you try turning it off? Could the cotton thread be rotten, have you tried sewing with button thread? Thread Trimming Function correlates with the scissors icon on the face of the machine. The G210 in unique in the fact that it has this function, which will automatically trim the thread for you, leaving virtually no mess! This one is a life saver as it relives you from having to spend time cutting and cleaning loose threads!
