Computer does not boot up The problem maybe the RAM, it could be faulty or just needs reseating to make proper electrical contact. Reseat the RAM and then boot up your laptop. Possibly overheating. can you hear a fan speed - up while you use it, just before it freezes? Clean vents with compressed air and a vacuum cleaner. Always use laptops on a shiny, flat surface and not your lap or sofa, carpet etc. as the vents can become blocked and cause overheating.
