some cartridges are dated and printers can read the dates on cartridges try new cartridges it should work then.

remove the cartridge and clean with soft cloth to cartridge (ink)

You may need to run the maintenance processes such as head cleaning and alignment. It should be one of the tabs under the printer properties. Right click on the printer, choose printer properties, Maintenance. It depends from printer to printer. The alignment most likely is the culprit.

the thing is Windows does not have specific software for PDF creation, you can download a free alternative PDF creator like this one, Download and install the software, It will take you some time to learn how to use it but I believe it's gonna worth the effort

Hello. First of all I would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year! I recently bought a HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3515 printer. The printer works fine (prints, scans and copies). There is only one problem with it. It returns me an error when I'm shutting it off. This happens very often but not always, it is kinda annoying. The error is displayed as: ERROR CODE 0X02B7C2ED SM_MODULE C (the error is also shown on the image). I tried to Google the problem but without effects. I don't know what could be the problem. Can someone help me please, because I have no idea what could be the issue. Thanks for any replays.
