you need to replace the cartridge that has the indicator light open

my new printer will not hook up to my pc where does the usb cable go

E13 is Ink level cannot be detected.
Ink may have run out and the function for detecting remaining ink level
will be disabled because level cannot be correctly detected.
You can continue printing by pressing the stop/reset button for 5 seconds.

Take all of the paper out and turn it off then back on again. If this does not work take all of the ink out of it and do the same thing.

Solution 1. Press START - Devices and Printers 2. Right-click the Canon MP258 series - select Printing preferences 3. Click Maintenance - Cleaning 4. Select All Colors BK, C, M, Y - Execute 5. Wait until the process is finished (Do not start another operation until the cleaning has finished). 6. Click Print Check Pattern OKIf the results print out like this, there are two possibilities: 1. Red ink in the cartridge runs out. Solution: injecting with red ink 2. If the red ink has been filled, and check pattern is still not out, meaning the color cartridge error. Solution: replace the cartridges

Press and hold the red Stop/Cancel button for 10 seconds. This will help by blocking ink level detection.

i use the external ink for canon pixma MP250 but the problem is the ink is stuck and i need to service it and pay rm30.and they said that i need to service often coz this had been modified and normal.but it sucks coz i need to pay.please help me.i'm a student and i have a lot of assigments to do.

kondisi printer nyala.... tekan tombol reset jangan dilepas lalu tekan tombol power .... tekan dua 2nya beberapa saat sehingga printer akan test page .... terus lepas kedua duanya
