You may be out of luck. The manufacturer site says it works with Win 10 but the link is dead The list of documentation and drivers does not give a driver for your model. The website is kind of - not good. https://www.vupointsolutions.com/download Sometimes you can experiment by installing drivers that are for a different model of the same brand.

Go to the camera's Menu and format the memory card. This will wipe out all your photos on the memory card.

It means it has error. Do you get any other message aside from the "red hand"? Try going to the settings and restore it to factory settings. Also make sure the memory is not full.

I believe this includes the manufacturer's software to get the video off the camera. It doesn't include any third party software. Sorry to hear that, you have to go back and claim the driver from the store where you purchased it. They have to give it to you just bring your receipt and let them know that you do not have the driver necessary for your camera.

Hi! I'm sorry but looks like that the camera is not durable. It will cost you to fix this that add few more dollars and you can have a new one. Hope this shed some light.
