WHAT FUSE IS USED IN THIS SUB

The fuse is external, mounted on the back. I think it also holds a spare fuse. Rating is marked next to the fuse holder.

My 2004 Kia Amanti has an Infinity stereo system, 6 cd changer and cassette player.

Take it out and get it repaired. Or you can swap for one from a breakers yard. https://www.google.com/search?q=2004+kia+amanti+radio+replacement ..

I have a pair of Infinity Overture 3's and on one of them the red light is on but no sound is heard, silence, no humming or buzz. Any suggestions.

Possible shorted speaker wiring or a shorted voice coil in one of the speakers.

Infinity tss 750 sub-woofer when powered on immediately pulls speaker in and has loud humming. no inputs hooked up, only plugged in to ac power source.

The loud humming is the sound of AC mains - clearly your amplifier is receiving an input from somewhere and possibly into the front end. The hum could be induced by radiated energy from nearby unshielded equipment, it could be the result of an accidental hum-loop or could be because the amplifier power supply has a fault. It is usual practice with amplifier construction to ensure unused inputs are shorted to ground by switching or by additional contacts and wiring at the input sockets. High gain high impedance inputs can cause a great deal of unwanted noise if they are not shorted. I suggest you read the instruction manual and perhaps Google a few hints and tips about amplifiers and stuff.

Ps12 sub woofer. How do I replace the fuse?

There is a photo of the amp board here: http://badcaps.net/forum/album.php?albumid=40&pictureid=102 You need to remove the plate amp from the speaker (be sure it's unplugged!) and you'll see the fuse. Replace with exactly the same thing--don't go up in amperage. BUT... if it blew a fuse something is wrong. Those amps do have a tendency to over-heat but if the new fuse blows you should have the amp serviced. Or junk it.
