Did u insert genuine toner, because there is a chip on the toner...

do you have extra toner dropping on to the paper path after you clean it? That is what is sounds like. You are either having waste toner fall onto the paper path from the drum blade or cleaning reservoir. Or your developer is dropping toner as it shower the drum. If you are not having imaging issues, besides the toner on back; you might want to check the separation or transfer coronas and their voltages (ie...make sure all your grounds are good and clean) or it might be a voltage biasing problem. Because somehow you are getting toner into the paper path after the copy. UNLESS....you did not clean the paper path good enough and you are just getting leftover run-off until the documents can clear it all.But, always try the simplest things first!! Good Luck!!

you can try doing the contry code on the machine

just clean the right area glass ( the width narrow rectangular glass area ) at the right top glass.

pls tic double side printer mode on your computer 255 copier properties .

Replace the thermostat, or check the connection of fuser lamp also check the lamp.

Perhaps is the font problem? Did u try to change the font to common font?

have you tried firmware update on the bypass you have a green lever make sure its in the up position so that the tray does not lift and try reloading driver or reload your windows

connect the copier to a computer with a cord and install the driver of the copier on the computer, then on the copier place the document on the scanner and press scan.
