Antenna could be broken if its been dropped or some water damage.

But first I'd ring up EE and ask for what they would recommend rather than coming here. They will be able to give you the best advice since it seems like it could be a problem with your contract.

If your phone is slow working, then it means there are too many loads on the phone, hereby causing the phone to take a while before starting or while running a task on your phone. What you need to do is to go to your phones menu, then you check for the files on your phone that are large, then you move them elsewhere, like on a pc or other devices, if not your phone will remain being slow and that can corrupt some files on your phone.
Then you restore the factory settings of your phone. Go to the phones menu, select the settings, then you scroll to restore factory settings, then you enter the phones security codes if the phone requests for it, then your phone will begin to work the way it did when you first got it.
That should do the job for you.
Hope this information helped you.

Ifyour mobile phoneis lost or stolen you can inform your cell phone provider with your IMEInumber. Your cell phone provider can then put the serial number on a shareddatabase. This list stops this particular phone from registering on any networkand will be useless for anyone even if the mobile phone's SIM cardis changed.I suggest you contact your cell phone providerASAP. To lock/block your cell phone from further use, please click on this link:-

You will need to contact the carrier and report the phone as lost so that the phone can be flagged. Since you mention thief and police, then you should contact the carrier and report the phone as stolen, they may require a police report filing # as well. The carrier likely won't let you know directly, but likely report the phone status to the police department where report was made.

You haven't stated the type of phone or phone service, or where you're located. However, with no other information, I can only guess that you may be on a pay-as-you-go plan, and you're trying to use a service you haven't paid for-- like internet or MMS (sending and receiving photos). Or, you're using Orange in the U.K. Or, both. If that's the case, you need to check your phone's documentation, or confirm which services you're allowed to use under your plan. If you're using Orange, you can check "questions" on their website.

If neither of those fit your situation, you may want to provide additional information.

Are you having problem in receiving the MMS. Better ask the person to send through Whatsapp.
