As far as I know free codes does not unlock your phone, so even if you would find a unlock code or whatever you'd have to spend some money.

PUK codes are sim card dependent rather than handset dependent. To get the PUK code, you can get this from your service provider. Also, if you still have the sim pack, it is on the card where you took of the sim card.
