If both are lit and blinking then the tv is in protected mode - the protection system of the power source has detected that a part has failed and it's acting like a short so it has shut down the power source to protect it and the rest of the tv from further damage.
The only way to find out what part has failed is to open the tv and have the voltages on the power source verified - the one that is near to 0 will be the one that has triggered the shut down. Follow it and you will find the failed part. You need at least a basic experience in electronics to do this job, if you don't have it then call someone who has. And keep the tv unplugged from the mains, it will limit the extent of the damage.

The reason the television has its green light flashing is a sign that there is a power problem with the television.

Most likely, it is the power panel or a capacitor on it that is faulty.

Have it checked and corrected and your television will be okay once again.

When you say WD box, do you mean a Western Digital Hard Disk Drive? If so, get a Solid State Drive (SSD), and connect it via USB3. The HDD or the USB connection is not fast enough to keep up with the required speed of the video. If you mean something else, please add details.

Check the high voltage circuit on the board that has the 120 volts input. The high voltage should be close to 400 volts - nothing less than 390 volts. The capacitor is failing to hold the voltage and needs to be replaced.
