This will cause the washer not to spin. This is most likely due to a bad Hall sensor, or the Stator assembly. You can replace the hall sensor, or the Stator, which comes with the Hall sensor.

I apologise if you have already carried this out but I would suggest following my general guidance notes on balance and stability below first ;-0)

It is necessary to ensure absolutely that the machine, even when empty, has all 4 feet very firmly on the floor, and I mean firmly ;-0)

Doesn't matter whether it is empty or not but switch it off then-
very firmly push one front corner diagonally into the centre of the machine (sorry about my UK spelling!) and see if the machine moves or rocks AT ALL, even the slightest. If it does you will need the open-ended spanner which came with the (new) machine........which of course went missing a long time ago?!! An adjustable spanner will suffice.
Adjust the foot under that corner downwards until it is very firmly- almost pushing- against the floor but not so far that the corner lifts up!
If this corner did not rock do the same to the other.
Once you cannot rock the machine the slightest little bit, screw the locking nuts up tight to the underside of the machine so that they will not move. Ideally the rear feet should also be locked.

If this has not cured the problem it is possible that the internal drum suspension is malfunctioning.

An OE error presents if the washing machine has not successfully drained the water in ten minutes. However, the OE error code does not always mean that the washer requires a service call. If periodic maintenance has not been performed on the washer, there are a few simple steps to take before calling for service.
Items caught in the drain filter will prevent proper drainage. Over time build up can occur from detergents and additives used in the machine. Manually drain unit through the drain hose, then lay a towel down to catch the water, and remove the filter. Clean the filter thoroughly and restart the machine.
If the drain hose is not installed properly, the washer will not drain properly. The drain hose should not be installed more than 1 meter higher than the bottom of the washing machine.

If the unit is not leveled properly, it will not drain properly. The front of the unit cannot be higher than the back or vice versa. If not properly leveled, the water can flow back into the machine. If this is the cause of the problem, please level the machine using the supplied leveling wrench. When you place a LEVEL on the washing machine, the bubble should be in the center. Confrim that the washer is leveled from side to side and front to back.

the inlet valve is mechanically jammed shut so when the controls tell it to let water in it cant because the valve is jammed shut.need a new valve.

An nP display code indicates that there is a problem with the electrical wiring in the home and that no current is being detected at the heater.

This has a new fangled direct drive motor. Normally the fix would be to replace the motor controller or one of the capacitors on the board, but this has none of those, and appears to be run by one control board and that is no longer available. Try cleaning the connectors to the control board with electrical switch cleaner spray. 110 volt home mains supply? 17.9 volts over is pushing it a bit if you get any voltage surges on top of that. Integrated Circuits have a relatively low tolerance. I would change machine brands.
