The drain hose is down too deep into the drainpipe causes some backflow of dirty waste. Needs air gap for atmospheric pressure and gravity do the draining, so the drain hose is down from 4" to max 7" into the stand drain.

Could be:
1. Broken spring(unlikely)
2. Bad shock absorbers (maybe)
3. Broken spyder-the Inner drum part that holds the drum to the hub(kinda likely). If inner drum can be moved without outer tub also moving in tandem, then broken spyder is likely.

not sure if you did this already but unplug it for 10 Min and see if it does a reset.

this could be a short in the windings of the pump or motor

You have to clean the filter once a month. Which located lower left. Do a tub cleanse. Rinse extra. That will clear your problem. I have had the same issue and many repairmen and that was the answer. As long as I clean it than grease marks
