A6700f PC Desktop crashing
Try the Check Disk Utility. To run the check disk utility you will need a repair disc ora operating system disc. Put the disc in the cd drive and boot fromit. You want to get to the Dos Command Prompt (Black screen with whiteletters) and type the following command: chkdsk /rCheck disk will run well over an hour or two and you will notice thepercentages going from high to low, this is normal. Let it run tocompletion. Then reboot machine. If check disk fails to solve your problem you might have to reinstall windows.Try doing a Repair Install that way you don't loose your data, documents, music, pictures, videos or programs. In windows xp you get to the dos command prompt by selecting R for repair whenthe options appear. In Vista and Windows 7 you want to get to the recoveryconsole and look down at the bottom of the window for the Dos Command.
I forgot my password for
The best way to resolve this problem is to reset your account's password using the Offline NT Password & Registry editor.
You can download it at the following link: http://pogostick.net/~pnh/ntpasswd/
This utility will enable you to reset the password of any user
that has a valid (local) account on your Windows NT/2k/XP/Vista/7
etc system.
The link above includes some directions on how to use
this utility, however the basic idea is to download the ISO image to a
different computer, burn it to a blank CD, then use it to boot up your computer & reset your account's password.

My hp a6700f desktop has
You can turn off the hibernation in the power option control panel, but that may not be your problem, the power supply may be going bad, but I would turn off the hibernation first and see if that resolves your problem, if not get another power supply.
I hope this helps.
Good luck and have a nice day.
Insufficient memory to open Windows,
Either the RAM memory in your desktop is defective or the system is so infected that the viruses are taking all the available memory.
Try to reinstall: if you can't then you will need new memory sticks.

We have an hp pavilion with a BIOHD-B error...any
BIOHD-B or 8 is Basic Input Output Hard Drive, this is a sign that your hardrive is on its way out, and you need to back up all of the contents as soon as possible.
The faults that cause this error are generally the drive electronics not reading and sending the data properly, or the phisical working of the hardrive not reading the data properly therefore not sending in correctly. The way to check for this is if you hear any slight clunking or clicking noises coming from the harddrive when in use, at the moment they could be quite quiet and hardly noticeable, but will progressively get worse.
My advise is to back up the drive and try a low level format, and see if that fixes the problem or buy a new Hard drive. You can download a low level format tool fron this link:
